Njaga urip biasa lan istirahat, wektu turu sing nyukupi, mbantu ningkatake kabugaran fisik lan kekebalan. Dianjurake kanggo njaga 7-8 jam turu saben dina, lan nyoba turu lan tangi ing wektu sing padha. Kajaba iku, kita kudu ngindhari turu, kerja sing berlebihan lan kebiasaan ala liyane.
